Terms & Conditions

At RIC, we strive to keep things plain and simple. These terms are to help you understand how we operate, what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you in order to assist you better.

1. Our contract with you:

These terms and conditions are all terms of the contract between you, the sender of the shipment and us RELIABLE when you give us your shipment, you accept our terms both for yourself and for anyone else who has an interest in the shipment. Our terms and conditions also protect anyone who we may contract to collect, transport or deliver your shipment. No employee of RELIABLE or anyone else has any authority to change any of your terms or conditions, or make any promise on our behalf change any of our terms or conditions or make any promise on our behalf.

2. WHAT SHIPMENT MEANS:

Shipment means all documents or parcel that travels under one airway bill. You certify that shipment details are complete and accurate.

3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:

You appoint us as your agent to conduct Customs clearance and entry and certify RELIABLE as consignee solely for the purpose of designating a Customs Broker to perform Customs clearance and entry.

4. SHIPMENT WE DO NOT ACCEPT:

We do not accept as a shipment anything that is restricted by IATA (International Air Transport Associates) or ICAO(International Civil Aviation Organisation)

5. INSPECTION AND CHARGING

You agree that we may open and inspect a shipment for any reason at any time. We charge according to the higher of actual or volumetric weight

6. IF YOU HAVE ASKED US TO BILL THE RECIVER OR A THIRD PARTY

You agree to pay all the shipment charges, and destination duties and taxes, for this shipment if the receiver or third party does not pay.

7. CLAIMS

If you wish to claim for a lost (includes miss delivered) or damaged shipment. You must claim in writing. You must receive you claim within 30days from the date accepted your shipment

8. EXTENT OF OUR LIABILITY

In respect of any one shipment our liability for any loss or damage however occasioned is limited to the lowest of these three amounts:- US$ 50, OR. The actual amount of any loss or damage suffered by you

9. WHAT WE MEAN BY ACTUAL VALUE

The lowest cost of the following amounts, determined as at the time and the place we accepted the shipment.

Documents

• The cost of reconstructing or reconstituting the document Parcels
• The cost of repairing or replacing the parcel or the resale or fair market value of the parcel.
• The actual value of a parcel cannot be more than the original cost to you plus 10 per cent.

10. DELAYED SHIPMENTS.

We shall make every reasonable effort to deliver your shipment according to our normal delivery schedules but there are not guaranteed and do not form part of this contract. We are not liable for any delays.

11. CIRCUMSTANCE BEYOND OUR CONTROL

We are not liable if shipment is lost, damage or miss delivered because of circumstance beyond our control. These includes. All shipments under the airway bill are carried at the owner's risk. Act of God for e.g. earthquake, cyclones, storm and flood. Force major, for example war, pane crash or embargo, any defect or characteristic do with the nature of the shipment even if known to us when we accept it. Any action or omission any anyone outside RELIABLE for example. The sender of the shipment. The receiver An interest third party Customs or other Government officials. The Postal Service, other carrier or other third party who we contract to serve locations that we do not serve directly. We are not liable even if the sender did not ask for or know about a third party arrangement. We are also not liable for electrical or magnetic damage to, or erasure of, electronic or photo graphics images or recordings.

12. CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

We are not liable for the following, whether they arise in contract or any other form of civil action, including negligence's and even if they are our fault. Consequential or special damages or loss Other indirect loss. Breach of other contracts. Consequential damages or loss includes but are not limited to lost income, profits, interest, markets and use of contracts.

If the transportation of as shipment involves an ultimate destination or stop in a country other than the country of departure, the Warsaw Convention may apply. The convention governs and in most cases further limits, our liability for loss or damage to such shipment.

RELIABLE Reserves the right to lien on any shipment till all the dues to RELIABLE are paid in full respect of freight Octroi, duties, service tax, taxes and nay other charges. RELIABLE also reserves its right to deal with the shipment as it doors fir including the right to sell the goods of the shipper in order to recover all the dues.

15. CUSTOMER SELF DECLARATION

I hear by authorize m/s reliable worldwide express & m/s reliable freight & logistic. Hereinafter referred as '' reliable '' to act as our agent to handle our shipment on our behalf & also agree with reliable's standard terms & condition as on www.Reliableexp.Com. I further declare that my shipment do not contains any hazardous or dangerous goods as per iata rules.

AUTHORIZATION CUM SECURITY DECLARATION

FOR M/S RELIABLE WORLDWIDE EXPRESS & M/S RELIABLE FREIGHT & LOGISTIC. Hereinafter referred as '' RELIABLE '' This is to certify that majority of our shipments dispatched by us, come from our account customers, & Dealers or Manufacturer or are Self-produced or made at our end only and whose reliability we do not doubt, at the same time we also maintain their KYC documents & also have proper supporting like purchase invoice, supporting etc .

( CUSTOMER DECLARATION ) ( CO - COURIER OR WHOLE SELLER DECLARATION ) This is to certify that majority of our shipments dispatched by us, come from our account customers, & Co - Couriers OR Co - Cargo who are known to us and whose reliability we do not doubt, at the same time we also maintain their KYC documents.

But the shipments from unknown / cash customers are security inspected by us & photo identification are checked & a copy is attached to all such shipments. A copy of the photo identification is also retained by us. We also Authorized M/S RELIABLE, Its Associates / Principals / Self Agents to Act as our agents and to do all acts necessary on our behalf including to file all documents, declarations and Bills of Entry for customs/octroi clearance of all Export / Import shipments handed to us from time to time for the courier on express mode or Airfreight/Cargo mode. To file all documents that may be necessary for customs clearance based on the declaration and information regarding the goods provided to Vendors by us or in the absence of the same by the consignees abroad and dispatched by us for forwarding Ex- India from time to time.

We further declare that shipments do not contain any hazardous commodity as per current edition of IATA dangerous goods regulations or any commodity that is restricted for carriage as per India customs rules & regulations. We also confirm that all these packages / shipments are subjected to a 100% physical inspection at the time of acceptance. We also agree with RELIABLE'S standard terms & condition & limit liability. & RELIABLE has full rights to hold our booked shipment at their end if there is any dispute or outstanding. In case of any investigation by Govt. Authority with regard to the shipments handed over by us for carriage we declare that we will take complete responsibility & cooperate with investigation agency.

This Authorization Cum Security Declaration shall remain valid and continue till revoked and shall cover all our shipments booked to your various offices / branches in India.
